Tickets Cancellation

TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY VALID FROM   04/12/2023

Tickets guarantee admission to the cinema at the specified date and time only. They cannot be used for future screenings after the current one has ended.

Tickets can be canceled and replaced with a credit up to 30 minutes before the start of the film.

Online or app-purchased tickets can be cancelled:

Those purchased through the box office or vending machines can be cancelled:

  • in the cinema where these tickets were purchased.

In this case, they are replaced with a Credit Note, which can be used within 15 days of its issuance, for the use of tickets purchased and/or the supply of canteen products.

 

The Credit Note amount can be redeemed:

  • At the last step of the purchase process, selecting "Redeem a credit note"

The new purchase should be of equal or lesser value than the Credit Note.

  • In all Village Cinemas theaters

The new purchase may be of equal, lesser, or greater value than the credit, and the resulting difference will be covered in the funds. The credit can be redeemed in installments, and the balance can be maintained until its expiration date. Purchases of canteen products are not delivered in parts.

If you need to cancel a ticket with a refund after 30 minutes from the start of the screening, you must submit a request to the Company's Headquarters within three working days by submitting a relevant request via Fax: 210 2704888 or e-mail: tickets@village.com.gr or by post by letter to the address: Mesogeion MSS 40.2 km. Attiki Odos 19002 Peania, Attica, Athens. The application form is also available here.

The request does not guarantee acceptance, but if accepted, you will receive relevant information within five working days. Otherwise, if you do not receive a response within this period, it means that your application has not been accepted.
