The intellectual property of Village Roadshow Operations Hellas S.A. encompasses all content on their website, including but not limited to texts, news, graphics, photographs, drawings, illustrations, services, and any other files. This content is protected by national and international laws governing intellectual property unless specified otherwise by third-party rights. Without the express prior written consent of Village Roadshow, it is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, execute, download, translate, or modify any content on their website in any way, either in part or in summary. However, personal storage and copying of content on a simple personal computer for strictly personal use is allowed, as long as it is not intended for commercial or other exploitation and the source of origin is always cited without this implying in any way the granting of rights intellectual property. Any other content on their website that is registered trademarks and intellectual property of third parties is their responsibility and not associated with Village Cinemas' website.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE WEBSITE
Any illegal and/or unauthorized use of their website, such as unauthorized ticket sales or unauthorized linking, will be investigated and dealt with according to all legal remedies available to Village Roadshow.

The Village Cinemas website has implemented the latest and most established security policies regarding money transactions and user personal data. The website ensures the uninterrupted availability of the services provided. Specifically, the technologies that govern the information system of Village Cinemas website include:

TERMS OF PURCHASE OF TICKETS & PRODUCTS
Village Cinemas' Village-ticket and e-order services are designed to provide you with a quick and efficient way to purchase tickets and products from the canteen. We want you to have a seamless experience, so we've outlined the following terms to help you understand the process of purchasing tickets and products from our website. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. The Terms of Purchase are included in the website's Terms of Use. Each ticket you purchase is a license to watch a specific event, and it's subject to the conditions stated on it. To learn more about our services and prices, visit the Village Cinemas website.
PAYMENT METHODS
We only accept payments for our products and services through credit and/or debit card transactions. You can complete the transaction online and your card will be charged. We've taken appropriate measures to ensure the security of your debit/credit card transactions. If we're unable to charge your card, the order will be automatically canceled. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After you submit your payment details, you should receive a booking confirmation message. If you don't receive a confirmation message or encounter an error message, please contact Village Roadshow to check if your transaction was completed. We're not liable for any monetary or other loss if you don't receive confirmation of your order and payment.
RECEIPT OF TICKETS - PRODUCTS
To receive your tickets and products, go to the particular box office in the canteen area with special signage for e-ticket - e-order. You must have proof of purchase with unique QR codes that you received at your email address or the reservation number when you completed your transaction. Without this proof, you won't be able to receive your tickets and products. You can cancel or change your Village-ticket tickets only at the specific cashier, with a special marking. Your Village-order canteen products purchase has a 15-day duration, and you can receive the products within this period. After this time, we can't deliver the purchased products, and we're not responsible for their non-delivery. Purchases of e-order canteen products aren't delivered in parts. You can purchase additional products only from the products available through the e-order service and can cancel/change the e-tickets with tickets for another date.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please note that Village Roadshow is not responsible for any damages resulting from the non-execution or delay in the execution of your order. In the event of force majeure or distributor-caused cancellation of film screenings, Village Cinemas reserves the right to limit seat availability but will always inform users of any unavailability. However, please be aware that Village Cinemas' website is not responsible for possible system unavailability cannot guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, and error-free service.
PERSONAL DATA FILE
To provide you with our services, Village Cinemas keeps and processes a File containing your data. Financial institutions involved in processing your payment may also receive data from this file for promotional and support purposes. By using our services, you agree that we maintain and operate this personal data file and you consent unreservedly.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The management and protection of your personal data during the use of our Website is governed by the terms hereof and the relevant provisions of both Greek Law (Law 2472/ 1997, as applicable following amendments that have taken place. and European Law (REGULATION EU 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL. ).
DECLARATION OF CONSENT
The use of the Service (e-ticket – e-order) implies the unconditional consent of the user to receive in any technical way (email, sms, etc.) messages of informative and/or promotional content for the Service in the data declared by the user. The consent is provided indefinitely and can only be revoked with a new written statement of the User to Village Cinemas.
REFUND – REISSUE OF TICKETS
If a screening is cancelled due to technical problems or force majeure, we will try to contact you to inform you about the refund process or ticket reissue for an alternative viewing. If you are eligible for a refund, the exact amount paid will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. Please note that ticket holders are not entitled to cash refunds. Refunds are made in the same way as they were paid.
TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY VALID FROM 04/12/2023
Tickets guarantee admission to the cinema at the specified date and time only. They cannot be used for future screenings after the current one has ended.
Tickets can be canceled and replaced with a credit up to 30 minutes before the start of the film.
Online or app-purchased tickets can be cancelled:
- On Issue Credit Note page
- in all Village Cinemas Theaters.
Those purchased through the box office or vending machines can be cancelled:
- in the cinema where these tickets were purchased.
In this case, they are replaced with a Credit Note, which can be used within 15 days of its issuance, for the use of tickets purchased and/or the supply of canteen products.
The Credit Note amount can be redeemed:
- At the last step of the purchase process, selecting "Redeem a credit note"
The new purchase should be of equal or lesser value than the Credit Note.
- In all Village Cinemas theaters
The new purchase may be of equal, lesser, or greater value than the credit, and the resulting difference will be covered in the funds. The credit can be redeemed in installments, and the balance can be maintained until its expiration date. Purchases of canteen products are not delivered in parts.
If you need to cancel a ticket with a refund after 30 minutes from the start of the screening, you must submit a request to the Company's Headquarters within three working days by submitting a relevant request via Fax: 210 2704888 or e-mail: tickets@village.com.gr or by post by letter to the address: Mesogeion MSS 40.2 km. Attiki Odos 19002 Peania, Attica, Athens. The application form is also available here.
The request does not guarantee acceptance, but if accepted, you will receive relevant information within five working days. Otherwise, if you do not receive a response within this period, it means that your application has not been accepted.
