Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival – one of the biggest and most prestigious mountain film festivals in the world is now coming to Greece! Every fall after the Festival is held in the beautiful Banff, Alberta, the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour hits the road. With stops planned in about 550 communities and more than 40 countries across the globe, the Banff World Tour celebrates amazing achievements in outdoor storytelling and filmmaking worldwide!

In 2024 for the first time Greece will be part of the World tour with two stops – Athens and Thessaloniki! On both locations the audience will enjoy 8 films presenting remarkable stories coming from distant lands and carrying the spirit of the mountains and freedom - a colorful combination of outdoor adventures, encounters with unfamiliar cultures, analyzing current environmental issues and favorite outdoor sports!
