The Village Family Club service of Village Cinemas was created so that the whole family can enjoy the children's movies they want for an entire year at a reduced ticket price. The following terms are intended to help you understand the process of purchasing tickets and products from www.villagecinemas.gr, your obligations, but also your rights towards Village Roadshow, through the Village Family Club service. If you have any question, please contact us.
The registration as a member of the Village Family Club and the issuance of the electronic card can only be done electronically from the Village site and as soon as the process is completed the user receives a confirmation email and then the electronic membership card. The information that each user must fill in to become a member of the service is: USERNAME, PASSWORD, First Name, Surname, email, telephone, Street-Number, Zip Code, City, State.
The Village Family Club card is in electronic form and is received by each member after first registering for the service, at which point it is possible to install it in wallet-type applications. The Village Family Club card is nominal and bears the name that the user will choose as username during registration. In case of loss or change of the mobile phone, the member can request the card to be sent to him electronically through his account. The purchase of tickets, making use of the privileges of the Village Family Club card, as well as of the canteen products, is done online from the website www.villagecinemas.gr but also from the cash desks of the Village Cinemas by showing the card.
For cancellations/changes of tickets & e-order products, the company's ticket cancellation policy applies, which can be found here. For a request to cancel the service by a member, the member should send his request to the email: tickets@village.com.gr .
The card can be used exclusively for ticketing children's films (2D, 3D, Dolby Atmos) with a 20% discount on each ticket and for screenings in all theaters except Gold Class and Comfort. The Family Club service cannot be combined with other discounts/offers
The card is valid for one year from the day of registration of each user. The subscription, amounting to (10) ten euros, is one and concerns all members of the family (for use in children's films).The annual subscription does not automatically renew for the following year.
The terms of use of the Village Family Club service may be modified at the discretion of Village Cinemas and users must be informed through the website www.villagecinemas.gr.
